Nursdoc are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a specialist private healthcare provider for a Band 6 Registered Nurse – Child (RNC) to join a dedicated and multidisciplinary team supporting children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.

Setting: Private Hospital – Children’s Palliative and End of Life CareWhat we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse – Child (RNC) with a minimum of 3 months of UK paediatric nursing experience.
- Strong background in complex care, palliative, or community-based settings.
- Ability to manage clinical risk and safeguarding confidently.
- A compassionate communicator with a proactive approach to continuous learning.
- Hardworking, adaptable, and a true team player with a commitment to high-quality care.
As a valued member of the team, you will:
- Deliver holistic, family-centred care in a range of environments, including private hospital settings, patients’ homes, and the wider community.
- Work on a flexible 24/7 rota to deliver responsive, needs-led care – including end-of-life and emergency situations.
- Hold your own caseload, performing complex clinical tasks and administering medication safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
- Provide ongoing emotional and practical support to families from diagnosis through bereavement.
