Nursdoc are actively recruiting Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, working within a Private Hospital environment. With a recent contract win, we now have both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Whether you’re looking for block bookings or flexible shifts, we can accommodate your schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing specialist mental health support in a private hospital setting
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting individuals with mental health conditions
- Managing challenging behaviours with PMVA or relevant Control & Restraint training
- Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of six months’ experience in a mental health setting
- PMVA or relevant Control & Restraint training
- Hardworking, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent care
- Car driver preferred due to location
- Must have a valid DBS (issued within the last year or on the Update Service)
