REGISTERED NURSE

Nursdoc are actively seeking Registered Nurses with tracheostomy and PEG experience to work on a several different homecare packages based in Norwich. This opportunity involves working closely with a new client within a setting dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised care. The Ideal Candidate:

• 3 months professional nursing experience in a UK Healthcare setting
• Hardworking, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to changes
• Show a passion for high quality individual and teamwork
• Hold a DBS (on the Update Service) or be willing to purchase a DBS through Nursdoc
• Must have PEG and tracheostomy experience
• Must have experience with Nebulisers
• Paediatric experience desirable
• Must be able to administer medication

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to patients, following prescribed orders with precision, while monitoring and documenting
• Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and symptoms, utilising clinical judgment to identify and communicate patient needs
• Educate patients and their families on health care plans, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications, ensuring understanding with treatment protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement personalised care plans
