REGISTERED NURSE

Nursdoc are actively seeking Registered Nurses to join our team in Hereford. This opportunity involves working closely with a new client within a setting dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised care for individuals with Neurological Complex care requirements. The Ideal Candidate:

• 3 months professional nursing in a UK Healthcare setting
• PMVA or equivalent training with BILD accreditation
• Hardworking, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to changes
• Show a passion for high quality individual and teamwork
• Hold a DBS (on the Update Service) or be willing to purchase a DBS through Nursdoc
• Experience with Neurological Complex Care conditions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crucial mental health support, including crisis intervention and emergency basic life support, in accordance with safety protocols, specifically for individuals with neurological complex care disorders.
• Deliver personal care with respect and dignity, prioritising mental well-being while honouring individual preferences and needs.
• Create a nurturing environment through therapeutic engagement, social activities, and companionship tailored to those with neurological complex care disorders.
• Monitor and document the mental health of individuals, ensuring clear and effective communication with all members of the healthcare support team.
