Key responsibilities:

• As a Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to our patients, including health assessments, chronic disease management, vaccinations, wound care, and health education.

Requirements for this role:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid UK license.
• Experience working as a Practice Nurse in a GP surgery or primary care setting.
• Proficient in general practice nursing procedures, including chronic disease management and wound care.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills to handle a diverse workload effectively.

• You must have up to date Training and Experience of working as a Practice Nurse in a GP Practice and must be able to carry out the following duties:Baby Clinics, Ear Syringing, Travel Vaccinations, Cytology, Experience of Computer software( System one, EMIS Web or Vision)
