I worked with them as a Critical Care Nurse, and from my experience, they pay you your entitlement as of when due, no stories like other Agencies do. They provide you with the available shifts and process your timesheet without fail. I find them professional, maintaining safety for both clients and staff. I never had any problem with the company or individual staff and would happily work with them again anytime and any day. A company that pays your dues without fail should be considered reasonable. There are just a few good Nursing Agencies, and Nursdoc is one of them. As for communication, people talking about or rudeness, l did not experience or hear such report from my colleagues. Bear in mind that communication is two-way, and respect is reciprocal."
